La Lechonera Restaurant LLC uses information submitted through our contact and catering forms to answer questions, prepare estimates and coordinate catering.

Information we use

This may include your name, phone number, email address, event details, food selections, delivery address and message. Our website also records basic technical information, such as your IP address, to help operate the forms and prevent misuse. Please do not include payment-card details or unnecessary sensitive information.

How requests are handled

Information is available to authorized staff and service providers that help operate our website, deliver emails and print catering requests. We do not sell form information or use submissions for marketing.

Our LaLechonera email connection uses the restaurant’s authorized Google account to send website notifications and confirmations. It does not access customers’ Google accounts or request permission to read Gmail messages. Google user data is used only to support these communications, not for advertising or unrelated purposes. Our use of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

Records and your choices

Form submissions and related email or printed copies are retained for handling requests and business records. Form submissions do not currently have an automatic deletion schedule. You may contact us to request access, correction or deletion; some records may need to be retained for business or legal reasons. The restaurant’s Google account owner can revoke the email connection through Google Account settings.
