La Lechonera Restaurant
La Lechonera Restaurant offers a range of Puerto Rican specialties. Highlights include the pernil (pork shoulder) and lechón asado (roast suckling pig), both cooked over hot coals. The pernil has a “smoky, crispy skin”; the meat is tender, “with enough fat to make it interesting.” Our goal is to serve our customers hot and delicious traditional Latin food with the warmth of Puerto Rican hospitality.
